96 points - Spicy and aromatic, the nose is distinctively different from the previous wines, and same with the palate. Great firmness, tightness of tannins. This still needs even more time, bitumen. Excellent presence with some grace.

Concentrated, compact and powerful, some charcuterie flavours, dried herbs and flowers. Earthy with a touch of mystery. Beautifully integrated, tannins smooth and chocolatey.

92 points - Medium dark red purple. Pretty nose of dried flowers, quite plummy, chocolately, roast meat. Medium to full bodied, textural palate, slightly dusty, earthy, gives it away, the fact that this is merlot driven. Slightly high toned, frisky. Beautiful with the steak tonight.
