91 points - Medium dark red purple, with a touch of brick in the meniscus. Clean aromas, slightly earthbound, hints of smoky peat, cooked strawberry. Slightly forward, decent intensity, hints of bacon fat on the palate, savoury, dry. Surprisingly nice! Some of the best Baden wines I’ve tried.

91 points - Medium light gold. Delicate dried herbs on the nose, hints of lees, minerality. Good intensity, seems like there’s a slight hint of sweetness there, or at least alcoholic sweetness. Some body and richness with good minerality and a whisker of greenness. Drying finish, some phenolics there.
