Quite a complex and detailed palate, minerally, grapefruity, citrus pith nuances. Full coverage on the palate with good length and line. Lovely light footed texture with well judged acidity rounding it off. The yellow plum Mirabelle aromas make this a superb accompanist with lightly spiced Asian dishes. Palate is full, viscous, luscious with good weight and body, fine complex acidity accompanying, giving way to a somewhat phenolics, firm finish.
