96 points - Deep saturated yellow. Elegant, restrained aromas, after airing, intense smokey brioche crust aromas. Extremely intense on the palate, some dairy, malolactic notes, superb bread characters, roasted hazelnuts, penetrating flavour, deep and resonating. Good amplitude and presence on the palate. Excellent and a stupidly good bargain at $22 from Vintage Cellars. Stunning and delicious.

Tasted on Tue, Dec 15, 2015.
