93 points - Medium dark red. Savoury, leather and tomato leaf aromas, licks of sour cherry and spice too. Medium bodied, there is still a juicy core of sour cherry and spice. Chalky and dusty minerality, sanguinity, and finely grained grip makes for an appetising style.

95 points - Deep colour, full, intense and long with a lovely flavour. Velvety, savoury and textured. Drinking perfectly at eight years of age. Perhaps the best Aussie tempranillo I have had. Excellent.

95 points - Dark purple red. Attractive dried rose floral and spice aromas. Concentrated, sweetly ripe on the palate, saline with a chaffy, chalky texture. Good structure and persistence, this is ageworthy. Dried blood, iodine like, eucalyptus notes.
