Mouth filling, soft and lingering. Quite distinctly eggy(?), slightly burnt egg yolk-painted brioche crust.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Sun, Jan 1, 2012.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
