    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;95 points&lt;/b&gt; - Mid to light gold. Developed aromas, butter pastry, touches of nut and smoke, honeyed, talcum and candle wax. Full flavoured on the palate, intense with a bright, incisive streak of acidity. Initially a bit too taut, the acidity not quite marrying with the development, but with tonight’s white asparagus, Black Forest ham and hollandaise sauce, it was perfection!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Tue, Jun 13, 2023.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
