On the palate there is an almost gritty caramel sweetness at play, providing a textural experience. The botrytis ones dominate the finish.  Outstanding wine. Some phenolics. Quite sweet but flowing, phenolics providing a firm, authoritative finish that is clean and tidy. Salinity on the palate, salty yellow plum characters.
