The aim of the bodega is to make a 100% single-estate wine of the very highest quality; this can only be achieved using grapes from bodega's own estate. With an average yield of around 4.000-4.500 kg per hectare, production from 135 hectares can reach around 607,500 kilos of excellent quality grapes for making Reserva and Gran Reserva wines.
Located in Puente La Reina, at the heart of the Pilgrims´ Way to Santiago, Señorío de Sarría finds itself in an area that offers excellent climate and soil conditions, enabling a range of top quality wines to be elaborated. 210 hectares of numerous varieties of vines are spread out on the slopes and sun-facing sides of the Sierra del Perdón, Olite, Corella and Miranda de Arga.
