Philippe Pacalet learned the trade through contact with great professionals and acquired solid practical experience for 10 years as manager of a wine estate in Côte de Nuits.
Today, Maison Philippe Pacalet works on more than 10 hectares of vines in Burgundy for which it has contracts for the purchase of the harvest, and does the harvest itself. Of course, the organic cultivation of the vines is carefully monitored and subject to strict specifications.
