Baddaginnie Run’s elegant wines are produced from grapes grown on Seven Sisters Vineyard which nestles in the foothills of the Strathbogie Ranges in northern Victoria. Multiple generations and branches of our family have lived and worked in this beautiful valley for over 130 years.
Established high in the Strathbogie Ranges in 1993, the eight hectare vineyard was built along the principles of sustainable farming practices. The vineyard is planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, all on natural rootstock. The vineyard altitude ranges from 600 to 650 meters above sea level on a North Easterly facing slope. At this elevation this site has a much cooler growing season, the nights are especially cool. The overall soil profile is free draining granite composed of quartz crystal.
We are committed to growing healthy and beautiful tasting grapes that produce exceptional wines through environmentally sound and sustainable practices.
- 100% handpicked grapes
