The company's lands are hilly and of a calcareous and argillaceous nature. 29 hectares are cultivated as a vineyard. From 1997 they are biologically cultivated and from 2001's grape harvest all of the company's grapes are biologically certified by ICEA, an authorized control organization. 50% of the vineyard has been re-implanted following a precise and gradual programme that started in 1998.
All of the grapes belong to the d.o.c. Taburno or Sannio varieties.
The new vineyard has been wholly planted with guyot or spur vine training systems. The grapes harvested in our farm are: white-berried, falanghina, coda di volpe, fiano and red-berried greco, aglianico and piedirosso.
