Description:

Domaine Rewa is a tiny 5.5 hectare vineyard located on the fluvial terrace nestled in the foothills of the Pisa Range. Although the property was planted in 1997, 2011 was Domaine Rewa’s first vintage. Production is 10k bottles per year. Wanting to make the most of this special plot of land, Philippa Shepherd works with Grant Rolston, Gary Ford and winemaker Pete Bartle to pursue her dream of producing refined wines inspired by the elegance of Burgundy. To ensure the Domaine remains the best possible custodian of the land, biodynamic land practices are deployed - the result is pure and perfumed wines expressive of the Central Otago terroir, renowned as one of the finest in NZ.
