Description:

The family has been in the Hunter Valley for over 100 years, we use our knowledge and skills passed down through our family, to bring you premium quality wines and produce. Usher Gordon formed a partnership with his two sons Usher William and Ian Geoffrey, and over the years has planted 35 hectares of vines on selected sites on our Pokolbin properties. We follow conservation farming practises to preserve our soils and maintain environmental quality. In 2009, Ian Tinkler was awarded the Hunter Valley Viticulturalist of the Year, an award that recognises the vineyards as having reached iconic status under the care of the nominee; research and development undertaken to improve quality; and work which has resulted in better practises for the Hunter Valley as a whole.
