Established in 1993, Carrick is a single-estate, certified organic winery in Bannockburn, Central Otago. All wines are grown, harvested, and made on-site from estate fruit, with a strong focus on Pinot Noir alongside Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. Farming organically since 2008 and BioGro certified since 2011, Carrick works exclusively with hand-picked fruit, wild fermentation using indigenous yeasts, and minimal additions in the winery. The result is a portfolio of small-batch wines that speak clearly of Bannockburn’s schist soils, semi-continental climate, and distinctive sense of place. Made to move you. Land. Wine. Soul.
