Rock n Pillar Vineyard is on the north facing slopes, amongst the rocky tors, overlooking the Dunstan Basin. Its extreme daytime heat and cold night time temperatures pronounce Pinot Noirs’s fruity aromas and flavours, which are encouraged with the special attention given to the vines. Ageing in French barriques and encouraging indigenous fermentation allows you to try this special, unadulterated Pinot Noir.
