St Pauli Vineyard is located on 10 hectares in the heart of Moutere, New Zealand. The rich and loamy Moutere clay supports our commitment to sustainably producing premium wine, no irrigation is needed and the vines are fertilised by grazing livestock. The long temperate season allows the grapes to develop naturally complex flavours, perfect for crafting our single vineyard wines. Wine is made and bottled locally by expert winemakers. The process is kept simple and traditional. Each vintage is unique, a true expression of work and the provenance of nature.
