"I’ve been making wine since the early 2000s, in all of the major wine regions in South Australia, as well as Western Australia, California and the south of France. In 2007, Amy and I bought a vineyard at the northern end of the Clare Valley in South Australia, and started making wine under the Atlas Wines label, which we still run today. But when Naked Wines came to Australia, it gave us the opportunity to start Rabbit & Spaghetti."
