Sato Wines is a boutique New Zealand producer based located in the Pisa Range, Central Otago. It was founded in 2009 by husband-and-wife team Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato. Following a career in banking, the couple built a "cult following" for their low-intervention, organic, and biodynamic wines.
