Terre à Terre is a family-owned wine estate, growing and making still and sparkling wines in two cool climate regions in South Australia: the Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills, and Wrattonbully on the Limestone Coast. We chose Wrattonbully to plant our estate vineyard, named the Crayères Vineyard, because of incredible potential of the terroir. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz are planted in a high-density vineyard design, The soils are uniquely Australian: ancient terra rossa over limestone; and the climate data is very similar to that of Bordeaux.
Terre à Terre also make DAOSA, méthode traditionnelle sparkling from the Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills.
