Several generations ago, prospectors searched for gemstones hidden in the creeks on what is now the Kooyonga farm. When our family settled on the property, we discovered another gem in the form of some very special soil. From this earth come the wines of Kooyonga Creek. Inspired by the mild climate and long growing season, we allow our wines the time needed to develop intensity and complexity. Barry and Pam Saunders own the Kooyonga Farm where our wines are produced. Barry is the principal winemaker, and Pam is the backbone of our humble winery.

The 5 acres of vines are a thousand feet above sea level, on a gently-sloping north-facing river terrace. Jamieson falls just outside the Upper Goulburn Wine Region, thus the unqualified “Victoria” designation on the label
Mt Pilot Estate is a small, family owned boutique vineyard and winery committed to the production of premium quality wines of rare distinction.
