In Praise of Shadows is a boutique wine producer, sensitively making wines from ancient family owned vineyards in the upper & cooler climes of McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills. Our style is modern and light, making energetic and soulful wines with a focus on texture and character that are true to their origins and the soil in which the grapes were grown. We apply minimal intervention and lo-fi winemaking techniques to gently nurture the fruit from vine to bottle, capturing the essence of the season.
