Description:

La Bise is a warm southerly wind that blows across the French region of Burgundy in the weeks leading up to harvest. It blows away the cooler, more humid air and so gives the vineyards “the kiss of life”. The Best vintages of Burgundy are often attributed to the influence of a strong La Bise. Wines under the La Bise label come from vineyards that I believe have benefited from the magical “kiss of life”. LaBise Wines are created by South Australian Winemaker Natasha Mooney.
